Blessing Day

Laina Rose Davis was blessed on January 8, 2012.
Adam gave her such a beautiful blessing. I am so grateful for a husband who is worthy to hold the priesthood and who can perform something as special as a first blessing. We had actually been really worried that we wouldn't be able to bless her that day because Adam, Calvin, and Landon had all had the stomach flu that weekend. Poor Calvin was throwing up until about 3am but, in answer to prayer, everyone was feeling well enough in the morning to make it to sacrament meeting. We were so happy because it was the only fast Sunday that Gram and Granddad would be able to make it. Because of their temple calling, they are already committed to speaking in other wards for the next few months. Lainey was beautiful. All dressed in white, she looked just like a little angel. Thank you Grammy for the amazing dress!
